The Research Of Emergency Management Of Bank Information System

The financial industry is the hardcore of national economy where high-tech information technology is widely used.Information security of the financial system plays an increasingly important role in maintaining national stability,economic development and people's living standards improvement.It is important topic for banking industry to ensure financial industry information security and safeguard country's financial system running smoothly especially in the complex network environment.This paper aims to earnestly analyze banking industry information system security risk,expound the identification,classification and hierarchy of bank information system risk by using the risk early-warning,emergency management,continuity management theory and research method based on the advanced domestic and foreign experience.In order to preventing and resolving major banking information technology risk,effectively improving the security capabilities of the information system,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the banking business,and promote the sustained,stable and healthy development of China's banking industry,The paper further explore how to effectively improve risk early-warning and emergency management,how to build up the emergency model of information system,emergency plan and how to write the risk early-warning of the information system for the bank.At the same time,this paper will further explore the effectively way of improving bank information security,the new model of banking enterprise information system emergency pre-plan,and the contingency plans to dissolve the bank information technology risk,finally improves the ability of bank safety stability operation,sustains stable and healthy development for banking industry.The framework of this paper is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction of research background,research purpose and meaning and so on.The second chapter analyzes the present situation of bank risk early-warning and emergency management,Research status and development trend on both here and abroad.The third chapter research the early warning system of bank information system,expounds the related concepts of banking information system risk early warning,the mechanism and principles of risk early warning,and the methods and contents of risk early warning.The fourth chapter research the related concepts of the emergency management of the bank information system,analyzes and sums up the mechanism and rules of the emergency management.The fifth chapter summarize the implementation method and implementation process of the emergency management of bank information system.The methodology consists of seven steps to analyze each step.The sixth chapter constructs the emergency management system of bank information system.It includes the formulation of the general regulations,the preparation of emergency plan,the establishment of emergency organization and the plan of emergency rehearsal.The seventh chapter is the empirical analysis of emergency management of bank information system.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we quantify the risk of a bank's information system,and practice the theory of emergency management by setting up an emergency management system of an information system of a bank.The eightth chapter is the conclusion and prospect which describes the main conclusion of this article,innovation points and deficiencies.
