Research On Influentia Factors And Countermeasures Of Qingdao Service Outsourcing Industry’s Development

Since the 90 s of the 20 th century, with the development of economic lobalization and information technology, the wide application of, multinational companies is to improve their core competitiveness, have the noncore business outsourcing to verseas enterprises, service outsourcing business came into being. As the service outsourcing usiness has the characteristics of resource consumption, environmental friendliness and high added value, the service outsourcing has gradually received extensive attention from the country. Since 2008, the global economic situation is not stable, our economy development gradually slow down, greater downward pressure on foreign trade, Qingdao as an important trade city in China, accelerate the development of service outsourcing in this new form of trade and industrial significance far-reaching.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign literature on Service utsourcing, and analyzes the status quo of service outsourcing market in Qingdao City, to undertake service outsourcing business of Qingdao City, an important role is discussed, and the analysis of the characteristics of Qingdao City, the main service outsourcing market, and further found the problems in the development of Qingdao city of service outsourcing. Then through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the important factors that affect the service outsourcing development of Qingdao City, the main factors are: economic development level, the service industry development level, labor cost, the quality of human capital, degree of opening to the outside world, the RMB exchange rate, the city infrastructure and Internet usage. Through empirical analysis of relevant data analysis showed that the Qingdao city economic development level, the service industry development level, the labor cost and the urban infrastructure construction level are of service outsourcing industry has to promote the role, but in the degree of opening to the outside world and the RMB exchange rate factors are still lacking. Finally, empirical results for the development of Qingdao city of service outsourcing factors, combined with Bangalore, India and China’s service outsourcing demonstration city of Dalian and Hangzhou development experience, proposed the Qingdao city further development countermeasures of service outsourcing industry: to promote the economic growth and the development of the service industry, improve the quality of practitioners, increase policy and financial support, improve the system of intellectual property protection, pay attention to the outsourcing process, improve the quality of outsourcing, partnership, focus on cost efficiency, operational capability.
