Fiscal And Taxation Policies To Promote The Development Of China's Service Outsourcing Industry

In recent years, China's service outsourcing industry has achieved rapid development. Compared with the manufacturing, services outsourcing industry has little pollution, little energy consumption and other advantages, and it can meet the requirements of the national energy saving. To develop service outsourcing industry not only can speed up China's economic growth and foreign trade growth pattern, improve the transfer of international service industry scale and level, but also can effectively improve the quality of foreign capital utilization, broaden the areas of foreign investment for China achieving sustainable development has a positive meaning.State financial and tax policies are important policy tools to promote economic development, adjusting the industrial structure. China's financial and tax policies should not only be dedicated to the service outsourcing industry to provide a fair and effective competitive environment,but also be optimized in the reform process of the new financial and tax policies to develop more support policies to benefit the development of service outsourcing industry.This paper mainly studies financial and tax policies to promote the development of service outsourcing industry. This paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of the financial and tax policies to promote the development of service outsourcing industry, and then has a in-depth analysis of the current situation of China's service outsourcing industry and its financial and tax policies environment, and points out the main existing problems. By learning from the experiences of foreign governments to support its service outsourcing industry in the financial and taxation policies, this paper draws on the enlightenment, considering the actual situation in our country, finally proposed the financial and tax policies recommendations to promote the development of China's service outsourcing industry.
