Research On The Joint Procurement Of Auto Parts Enterprises In The Industrial Cluster

The auto industry as one of the pillar industries of the national economy have developed rapidly in recent years. However, there is a big gap between the auto industry and the auto parts industry, which as the support of the auto industry, in the enterprise scale, production technology and policy point of view. Therefore, it is essential to do the study of how to enhance the competitiveness of parts enterprises and make the parts enterprises bigger and stronger. This paper researched how to implement the parts industry joint which focus on the joint procurement and combine with the cluster characteristics and advantages of auto parts industry. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper described the current development status of China’s auto parts industry, and then described the concept of joint procurement based on the industrial cluster environment. Combining with its clustering features, this paper demonstrated the necessary of joint procurement as well as the feasibility of implementation of the program.Secondly, this paper built the model of joint procurement select partners. Proposed objective and subjective weighting method based on entropy and AHP, on the implementation of the joint procurement process, members of partner selection research,to had better highlight the selection process of subjective and objective factors that combines the features and practical examples are analyzed, proof the feasibility of the scheme.Then build auto parts enterprises to implement the procurement strategy model in the joint procurement process. Proposed offer discounts based on the number of suppliers- ordering policy for consortiums to reduce procurement costs, the implementation of a joint order to provide an effective solution.Finally, this paper did the research of the implementation of joint purchasing consortiums allocation of tangible benefits. Then proposed amendment Shapley value method based on income purchasing alliance interests allocated, and discusses the feasibility of fair and reasonable solution.
