With the development of global economy and the fierce completion of market, the traditional mode of market competition is changing from Enterprises-Enterprises to Supply Chains-Supply Chains In the supply chain management's environment, nodes enterprises share information, risks and benefits, establish strategic cooperative relation. In order to establish this relations successfully, enterprises must choose suitable partners.First, this thesis introduces the research background and significance, points out research' deficiency, the content and structure are indicated as well.Second, this thesis uses game theory, synergetic theory, transaction cost theory and core competitiveness theory to analysis why building supply chain partnership introduces the advantages and risks of it and the role of the core enterprises.Third, introduce how to choice supply chain partners, discuss the problem core enterprises should pay attention to, from partners' basic conditions, operational capacity and cooperation capacity to build evaluation indicators system.Fourth, use the idea of multi-layer filter to construct two-stage evaluation model based on DEA-FAHP. This model used DEA to judge integrated enterprises' efficiency, eliminate less efficient integrated enterprises; introduce fuzzy judgment matrix, use FAHP calculated indicators weight. The core enterprises can choose the suitable partners in accordance with the value of comprehensive evaluation.Fifth, use the Nash negotiations model and the model based on the satisfaction to ensure fair distribution of benefits; from five aspects: the fair, information sharing, trust, motivation, and contract, to safeguard the supply chain partnership stability.Sixth, introduce the application process and the validity and feasibility of this model by an enterprise example.
