Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation And The Path Of Green Development For Wuhan

In the process of industrialization, urbanization and ecological environment have been damaged, governance has become the current economic and social development is a great start, caused serious obstacles to the development of society. Conform to the trend of the development of green economy and green growth, green development have been proposed in recent years, it is a new concept, is the "green economy", "green growth" of the concept of a blanket, further emphasized the current economic and social development of resources and environment harmonious and unified, it is also a growing trend in the development of the present world. In the process of development of city construction in our country, often at the expense of the environment, to the development of economy, the urban ecological environmental governance becomes a big problem in the current. City green development have been mentioned the height of national strategy, and gradually implemented throughout China. At present, the development of urban green has shown the necessity and urgency. In Wuhan city as the research object of this study, therefore, adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis, entropy weight coefficient method, contrast analysis and so on construction of Wuhan city green development comprehensive evaluation index system, evaluate the development level of Wuhan green. This paper mainly study from the following six parts:The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, the current domestic and foreign research on green development problem of dynamic analysis and review, and sort out this article research contents, research methods, innovation and inadequate.The second chapter articulated in the connotation of green development, around the Marxist ecological theory, the theory of ecological civilization and green development theory, sustainable development theory, and the theory of urban ecology is the study of the characteristics of the theoretical basis and development of the city green on the basis of the study.The third chapter through using previous research on green development evaluation index system, combining the reality of the development of Wuhan city green, green building Wuhan development evaluation index system, entropy weight coefficient method is selected as the evaluation method, from the green efficiency of economic growth and ecological resources conservation and green development system construction is used to evaluate three level indicators.Chapter four refers to a large number of relevant data analysis of the status quo and problems of Wuhan green development, based on the background of Wuhan green development, analyzes its development characteristics, combined with its development policy and practice, points out that developing has been achieved, compared with other urban green development practice experience, find out the main problems and reasons for the further development of Wuhan green.The fifth chapter puts forward Wuhan the realization of green development path from two aspects of theory and practice, on the basis of the previous chapters research, combined with the result of comprehensive evaluation, in view of the problems and causes of Wuhan green development, from two aspects of theory and practice to promote the realization of the Wuhan green development path.The sixth chapter is the summary of the work and achievements in full, and make outlook on the urban green development path and research direction in the future.
