The world problems are threatening the existence of human being directly, such as the whole world energy shortage, resource depletion, grave vegetation damage, the green-house effect and so on, which are increasingly prominent. Therefore, the whole world is gradually aware of the significance of sustainable development. The public also pay more attention to environmental protection, beginning to refuse pollution products and vigorously advocate green consumption. As a consequence of environment and mission, the green product must be the leading in future. Finally the world will be full of green products. Therefore, the innovation of green produce will be the only outlet to the long-term development of many enterprises. But as an investment project, the innovation of the green product will be influenced by many factors inside and outside the enterprise, and has risk. In conditions of limited resource constraints, so the key is how to comprehensively evaluate green innovative product and select the excellent projects from many available projects. Based on the above-mentioned, the paper does some research as follows:Firstly, this paper makes a summary to the relevant documents of comprehensive evaluation about green innovative product; Secondly, this paper introduces the meaning of green innovative product and the necessary of building the index of comprehensive evaluation. having analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of nine common kinds of comprehensive evaluation, and according to the difficulty that many quantitative indexes are hard to measure, this paper selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP. Besides, this paper makes a brief summary to the step of building the model; Then, this thesis carries out a detailed analysis on the index system of green product innovation project, and respectively establishes the evaluation system of the green innovative product, enterprise interior ability, enterprise external environment, enterprise innovation risk and the basis index system; Once again, based on AHP-FCEM(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method), the mathematic model of green innovative product has been built. So far, the comprehensive evaluation of green innovative product has been achieved in theory, and some suggestions are been given by analyzing the evaluative result. Finally the paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate two green innovative products (hot melt adhesive and water-based adhesive) applied by some footwear adhesive supplier, testing the reality and validity of this index system. At the end of the paper, the author makes a summary, gives some relevant suggestions and makes a further forecasting research.Based on AHP-FCEM, the comprehensive evaluation of green innovative product may substitute the work of project feasibility research and evaluation in certain degree, which is simple in operation and practice. Moreover, the more important is the cut down on cost.Especially to many medium and small sized enterprises, this evaluation method has great realistic significance.
