The Strategy Research On Data Flow Operation In Gansu Telecom

For years, with the telecommunications industry reorganization for the third time, our country is gradually entering the era of full-service operations. Under this background, the intelligent terminal with iPhone as the representative of the penetration rate rising, mobile data traffic showing explosive growth. Data traffic operators in the future will be the growth of income.However, the surge in mobile data traffic in the operators to bring revenue at the same time, but also to the operators to bring the network carrying pressure and incremental increase is not a problem. Specific issues reflected in the flow of revenue, network load and user experience, etc.In view of the above questions, this paper chooses Gansu Province of China Telecom Branch as the research object, summarized the status quo of China’s telecommunications market, China’s telecommunications business flow management status, communication architecture technology,domestic communications business flow operation. And 4G technology mode of traffic management market and technology application has carried on the SWOT analysis, through the analysis to find the Gansu Branch in the presence of traffic management problem, and has carried on the analysis of the cause of the problem. Finally, the design and application of Gansu Telecom traffic management technology is proposed, and a case study is conducted. Through the analysis of this paper, we hope to achieve the following goals:Firstly, in Gansu Province, the actual situation, from multiple aspects completed telecommunications traffic management scheme design; secondly, to complete the application to the current traffic management scheme design. Finally, through the actual operation to analyze and verify the feasibility of the scheme. I hope that through this study, can provide certain reference for Gansu province and the China Telecom Corp and other companies in the development of traffic management strategy.
