This company is a rapidly growth biological medicine enterprise; its main business covers the sales and production of POCT instrumentation and relevant reagents, and has experienced the fast development period. Research results of this paper can help the shareholders and management to have a better understanding of the business, financial advantages and existing problems of Wuhan EasyDiagnosis Biomedicine Co.,Ltd. This paper can also provide professional investment suggestions for the investors.The methods applied in this paper include: financial ratio analysis, literature review method,and case analysis method. This paper has analyses the maneuverability of the valuation methods consideration and conducted financial data analysis based on the practical working experience of the author and preview research results.Financial analysis results show that Wuhan EasyDiagnosis Biomedicine Co.,Ltd is a rapidly growth enterprise with strong profitability. The existing business model has great influence on its capital structure, short-term debt paying ability and operation ability although this company has low asset-liability ratio and financial risk, and strong short-term debt paying ability.
