| In 2008,the United States and global financial crisis had brought a huge impact.Countries have recognized the importance of the real economy.U.S.as the world’s dominant manufacturing country, which pioneered “Reindustrialization†strategy.China took active part in the international division of labor in the 1980 s and rapidly became a global trading country, but its products are mostly low-end chain products. So the “Reindustrialization†strategy and strategic transformation of China’s industrial structure overlap, it will inevitably impact on China’s export trade. In this paper, we study the impacts of the U.S. “Reindustrialization†to China’s export trade, explore the mechanism of the “Reindustrialization†strategy for our country, prove with quantitative research, and propose appropriate solutions. Through the collation of relevant literature, combined with trade theory of the capital, technology and trade competition, this paper analyses the impacts of U.S.“Reindustrialization†mechanism of China’s export trade, and the status of China’s export trade under the background of U.S. “Reindustrializationâ€, and then selects variables of four levels of reindustrial scale, quality, power and competitiveness, building reindustrialization index through the principal component analysis. Finally through the regression analysis, using 1997-2014 annual time series data for 18 years, the paper selects China’s GDP, imports and trade of the effective exchange rate as three control variables to measure the influence on scale, structure, flow and competitiveness of China’s export trade of U.S. “Reindustrializationâ€.The empirical results show that U.S. “Reindustrialization†is negatively ralated to our total exports, the proportion of exports of labor-intensive products, the proportion of exports of capital and technology-intensive products, the proportion of exports to the U.S., and export competitiveness. Finally, after summarizing the qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper put forward feasible suggestions for encouraging scientific and technological innovation, promoting the cooperation between China and American in the field of investment, reinforcing government intervention to promoting the sustainable development of China’s export trade. |
