Since president Xi proposed "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy in 2013,cooperation between China and countries of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" is becoming increasingly close.At the same time,"smooth trade" becomes the cooperation focus of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy,and the trade facilitation level of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives" gets more and more attention by scholars.It is of great significance to strengthen the trade cooperation between China and the countries of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" and to promote the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiatives" by studying on trade facilitation level and its impact on China's export trade.Based on "the Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy and the theory of trade facilitation,this paper analyzes the development status and obstacles of trade facilitation of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives".The study finds that the trade facilitation level of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives" is not ideal.Trade facilitation development is hindered by the low level of economic development,the weak infrastructure,the low degree of cleanliness and the limited legal system.Based on the connotation of trade facilitation and the view of scholars at home and abroad,this paper establishes the index system of trade facilitation level of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives",uses the principal component analysis method to empower each indicator,and calculated the trade facilitation level of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives".The results show that the level of trade facilitation of the countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives" is low,and the differences between countries are relatively large.On the basis of the previous text,the paper analyzes the influence of trade facilitation level of countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives" on export trade with the trade gravity model.The results show that the promotion of trade facilitation level of the countries in "the Belt and Road Initiatives" on China's export trade is the largest among all influencing factors,and the correlation coefficient is as high as 1.29.From the regional level,the promotion of trade facilitation level of Central Asia and West Asia is the largest in three regions,and the second is in Europe,followed by East Asia,South Asia and Southeast Asia.From the point of view of the measures,the efficiency of port is the biggest contribution to China's export trade,followed by financial operators,customs environment again,and finally the regulatory environment.Finally,according to the results of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the trade facilitation process of China and countries of "the Belt and Road Initiatives".
