Researching On Rural Corporations’ Construction Of Jilin Province

Rural cooperatives have a positive role in promoting the rural economy, and to vigorously develop rural cooperatives is an important part of China’s rural economic construction. Rural cooperatives can not only enhance the degree of farmers’ organization, but also has important practical significance to enhance the products competitiveness. As our country’s traditional agricultural province, Jilin Province has established and promoted the rural cooperatives to help quickly improve rural market economy in Jilin Province, to accelerate the development of rural market, increasing farmers income. Firstly, the paper makes a analysis and interpretation about the central No. 1 document of cooperatives in 2016, then a comparative study about the theory and present situation of domestic and foreign rural cooperatives. Finally, basing on the present situation in Jilin Province, it analyzes the current rural cooperatives of Jilin province in Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province, taking the Mulberry Town as an example, makes research and analysis about constraints of Jilin Province rural cooperative development from two fields, and putting forward relevant suggestions.The paper consists of four chapters; the specific contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction, including the main research background, significance, domestic and foreign status and research methods.In second chapter, the concept of rural cooperatives is expounded. This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of rural cooperatives, Marx, Engels, Lenin’s thought of economic cooperation and the rural cooperative thought from Marx’s theory in China.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the construction of rural cooperatives in Gongzhuling City, Jilin province. This paper expounds the development course of rural cooperatives in Jilin Province, the existing problems and the restrictive factors in Jilin province.The fourth chapter puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of rural cooperatives in Jilin province. It makes a analysis and explanation about the construction of the external environment, the operation mechanism, the main body of action and the ability to enhance the competitive ability.
