With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, the problem of urban public transport has become increasingly prominent, clean and efficient subway lines has become an essential public transport in China’s large cities. However, with the metro network more and more, subway operation service in the presence of all kinds of emergency events is increasingly protruding, especially Metro Emergency outage and other events, will bring a lot of difficult to predict the consequences of, after the subway emergency emergency management situation is becoming more and more serious. After the incident, the public transportation problem can be efficiently and quickly and correctly handle the subway outage situation, has always been the most concerned about the government and the Metro Inc. This article chooses Guangzhou Metro as the research object, through case analysis, in-depth interview, theoretical study and comprehensive practice, in-depth analysis of subway outage cases bus connection status and existing problems, from the current bus connection scheme, management system, professional rescue teams, supervision responsibility mechanism, main body of crisis management, passenger informed and so on to analyze the reasons, of emergency efficiency of the connection for defect diagnosis in view of the problems and solutions, and effectively improve the urban rail transit integrated emergency management capability. Also draws extensively on experience in the practice of the domestic and international advanced city, and constantly improve the Guangzhou subway outage of shuttle bus management, to ensure the safety of the Guangzhou subway, efficient operation, in order to enhance the management level of the whole city.
