With the depth integration of emerging information technology and manufacturing, significant changes have been made in the whole manufacturing industry, and "intelligent manufacturing" has become one of the key areas in the development of advanced manufacturing industry in the future. Because of specialized division of labor and more and more closely social cooperationhave, collaboration reflects the trend of close integration and dynamic demand in manufacturing industry supply chain, and the competition among enterprises has become the competition among the whole industry chain. Through the integration of information resources within the scope of each cluster, cloud platform service model shows great advantages as the support of multi supply chain collaboration's cross. It changes the characteristics which is unable to cross regional collaboration of the traditional single supply chain and cluster supply chain, also enhances individual competitiveness of all cooperative enterprises in the whole supply chain. Cloud platform service model based on third party has become the main way to solve the problem of enterprise informatization. It's also as an important means to improve overall capacity of the multi-supply chain collaboration.This dissertation is supported by the following topics, for example, the national high technology research and development program (863 program) "collaborative services platform business of research and development of automobile and engineering machinery industrial chain", the national science and technology support program "the whole supply chain logistics service platform architecture and core technology of system development", the national science and technology support program "service platform based on collaborative industry value chain regional integration application project", etc. Manufacturingsupply chain based on cloud platform was used as research object. The multiple supply chain business collaboration model supported by cloud platform, business customization technology, integration technology of business system and platform, the optimization of supply chain and the adaptive evolution of platform service function were studied. The main work in this dissertation can be summarized as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of supply chain collaboration model, multiple supply chain business collaboration model based on cloud platform was studied from the point of view of third party cloud platform aiming at the deficiency of traditional supply chain business cooperation mode. Multiple supply chain collaboration model based on cloud platform was established. Systematic solution of platform supporting the multiple chain collaboration of supply chain was put forward, which breakes the adjacent regional characteristics of single supply chain and cluster supply chain, realizes the multiple chain collaboration of multi supply chain between different regions, improves the competitiveness of the whole supply chain.(2) There are some characteristics in the service collaboration model of supply chain based on cloud platform, which include multiple supply chain and all kinds of demands of supply chain. Aimed on these characteristics, customization technology was studied for supporting business collaboration of cloud platform multiple supply chain. Among them, according to the form of customized demand, process customization and database customization in business collaboration, dynamic form customization model was established for platform. Based on XML technology, the model realizes dynamic generation, customized display and customized query of form. Aiming at design and implementation of workflow model based on platform, a workflow protocol based on platform was established, which realizes the intelligent scheduling of platform workflow. A system architecture supporting database customization was established. It realizes customizable database table, customizable stored procedures, customizable views, etc.(3) A multi-source dynamic integration solution was proposed for the requirements of dynamic integration of multi supply chain and cloud platform in supply chain business collaboration model. Aiming at design and implementation of multi-source message integration model, the protocol of multi-source message integration was proposed and the framework of multi-source message integration was designed. Based on Web Service, the solution creates the integration pilot for client, realizes intelligent configuration of multi-source message integration. According to the integration interface of web data, it realizes the dynamic integration between platform and corporation. A multi-source dynamic integration security solution was proposed. By establishing the mathematical model of multi-source information dynamic integration, the solution solves the security risks of information integration between cloud services platform and multiple supply chain enterprises. It includes identity authentication, access control and other possible security risks.(4) In view of the demand of supply chain optimization and dynamic evaluation based on cloud platform, supplier evaluation in value-added service was used as research object, and the mathematical model of supplier dynamic evaluation in supply chain was established. The solution of supplier dynamic evaluation was put forward for collaborative service platform. The solution adopts the dynamic configuration technology based on XML. It realizes customizable dynamic evaluation through the establishment of dynamic evaluation algorithm library. It also meets the different suppliers' customized evaluation for different supply chain enterprises. For example, supply chain enterprises can take different evaluation criteria for suppliers on the chain and on the other supply chain.(5) Adaptive evolution model of platform was builded based on the demand for the adaptive evolution of supply chain business functions based on cloud platform and complex adaptive system theory. Evolution model execution strategy was proposed on the base of role and business driven. Adaptive subject's evolutionary optimization was realized by evolution strategies which based on genetic algorithm. By dynamic configuration engine and reflective processing interface based on .NET reflection mechanism, the dynamic configuration of adaptive subject were realized while in the running process of the system.(6) Combined with the above research results, the dissertation puts forward platform customization, information integration and security, dynamic evaluation, adaptive evolution technology, which support supply chain multiple chain collaboration. The research results can be applied in automobile industry supply chain collaboration platform.
