Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Water Conservancy Project Management System In Huiyang District Of Huizhou City

Then we analyze the existed problems in the system of management of water conservancy project and find out the the causes of these problems : such as attaches great importance to the construction despise management; promote the construction of farmer water user association; Organization the job of drought control plan; Strengthen the communication management work. Only in these ways can we embrace a sound and rapid economic development of agriculture.
