Research On Construction And Application Of Quality Management And Control Model Of Military Trading Project Of CALT

A military trading project(named “project-A”) that covers multiple batches of products in couple years was signed between The 1st Academy and some user. These batches of products are manufactured through transfer of technology(named “TOT”) done by Chinese technical-support team. Finally products will be delivered to the End User on condition that batch acceptance test shall be performed successfully. As the first truly effective military trading contract of the 1st Academy, project-A is the academy’s first time to carry out technology transfer production that includes multiple batches and mass production performed overseas. Without any previous experience being followed, the research group keeps on exploring and innovating positively, preparing thoroughly, practicing boldly and improving continuously. Gradually, a set of regulatory framework and specific methods suitable to military trading project has been established.Quality control model is based on a well-performed quality control team. The paper firstly study the structure of the quality control team and control policy. And then, the actual performance of the application is also analyzed.After that, the product insurance methods and the actual performance of the application is also analyzed.At last, the paper study how to evaluate the actual performance of different company controlled by the quality control model, by which different company can greatly improve their quality control level.Through studying on three major aspects including quality control team and control policy, the product insurance methods and the evaluation methods of different company, several batches of products have delivered to End User after the research result applied on Project-A, which is not just fulfill the contract and establish a well-performed quality control model for project-A, also gains the great glory for China and The 1st Academy.
