The Research On Optimization Design Of Fixed Assets Management System Of China Mobile Yanshou Branch

Fixed assets are the basis of the production and development of communication firms, after 15 years development, China Mobile Communication Corporation Heilongjiang province Yanshou branch has formed a relatively complete fixed assets management system. However, the intensified competition pushes Yanshou branch put more attention to rate of investment and efficiency, it also put forward higher requirements to the fixed assets management system.This thesis studies the optimization of fixed assets management system of Yanshou branch. This thesis makes detailed study on the relevant research, and analysis the current state of fixed assets management system of Yanshou branch form the perspective of composition and characteristics of fixed assets,organization of fixed assets management system and process of fixed assets management system. Based on this, this thesis uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the fixed assets management system of Yanshou branch, identifies the problems existing in the fixed assets management system,namely the process problems and management problems, and analyses the cause of the problem from the perspective of personnel quality and management incentive. Finally, this thesis designs the optimization of fixed assets management system form organization optimization, personnel optimization,process optimization and institution optimization.
