As a famous shipbuilding company, since the integration in 2005, according to fixed assets total life cycle theory, DSIC took fixed assets management as the development strategy. And according to the needs of the development, DSIC established fixed assets management structure "the three levels and a special" as the main control means. This paper researched three important roles in the development of acceptance column, scrap audit and asset disposal.Firstly, it summarized the research status and relevant theories. On this basis, according to questionnaire survey, it obtained first-hand information of the fixed assets management, and analyzed management functions and situation of the fixed assets deeply. Then, it discussed main causes in the process of the fixed assets management:the lack of management consciousness, the backward management means, accounts inconsistent, fixed assets not provided, the unreasonable rules of fixed number of year, the single methods of auction, etc. Finally, targeted optimization measures were proposed: strengthening post setting and training education, information management means, establishing and improving the daily management system, specifying the detail of acceptance column and interrogating system, optimizing rules of fixed number of year and ahead of scrap asset management, standardizing the disposal management, etc.Integrating theory with practice, through the fixed asset management problem analysis, it put forward targeted solutions, in order to improve the fixed asset management status, enhance the fixed assets management level and efficiency. At the same time, it hoped to provide certain reference and reference to other companies in the same industry.
