| In the tobacco industry, the market demand continues to grow in the global range, experts forecast that by 2030, the number of smokers in the world will increase to 1.6 billion, which definitely brings great opportunities to the development of tobacco industry. When such a huge market opportunity arrives, the supply of cigarettes will be the initial and important circle of the tobacco companies, which directly affects the production and operation of t he tobacco companies and its operating benefit. In order to reduce purchase costs, it is important to improve and enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain continuously, Among them, strengthening strategic cooperation with cigarette suppliers i s one of the most important links, and selecting the ideal cigarette suppliers is the foundation.Firstly, this thesis introduces the current situation of supplier selection and management and analyzes the process of management. The paper finds the mai n problems and reasons of the supplier selection in cigarette purchase. In view of the main problems, supplier selection scheme in the cigarette purchase of Yantai tobacco companies was designed. Then from the aspect of establishing cooperative relation between tobacco companies and suppliers, the tobacco procurement in supplier selection and evaluation index system was constructed. By comparing the cigarette suppliers selection and evaluation to conduct the empirical analysis, this thesis chooses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Finally, the thesis discusses the potential obstacles to the implementation of the selection of cigarette suppliers in Yantai Tobacco Co., Ltd., analyzes how to solve these obstacles and forecasts the improved results. In this thesis, the design of cigarette supplier selection program of the Yantai Tobacco Co., Ltd. promotes its steady and healthy development, improves its marketing competitiveness, which has a very important theoretical and practical significance. Through the continuous improvement of the evaluation system of cigarette suppliers, it will build a strategic partnership with suppliers. |
