Research On Application Of Procurement Bidding Of Communication System For G Metro Project

In recent years, China has entered a rapid development of urban rail transit construction phase, more than 20 cities are building or going to build their own rail, subway construction will become one of the key infrastructure investments of China in a long time. After 2015, the country will build 87 lines, the total mileage of 2,495 km, with a total investment of 988.6 billion yuan. Therefore, the subway project investment is the bottlenecks of the sustainable development of urban rail transportation. During the process of building, how can the owners have scientific management, effective control of investment and as much as possible to reduce construction costs under the premise of objective that ensure the quality and construction has bencome very important for safeguarding national interests, public interests and the legitimate interests of builders.First of all,the research for bidding mode of subway project procurement and its management, on the one hand can be able to save investment and time, efficient use of funds and save resource. This thesis based on the premise that the owner has completed subway project in the decision-making, planning, focusing on the research for subcontracting management and bidding mode of subway construction project . By introducing the basic principles of bidding and procurement status of subway project in China, and the development and evaluation of tenders were analyzed. By analyzing G company's bidding status of communications systems and the problems facing,illustrated the causes of bidding mode. For the problems and the status quo, this paper analyze some solutions from three aspects --process, supplier selection (AHP), malicious winning.In the end, base on the introduced solution,take the communication equipment procurement of Guangdong to Foshan line for example, make the solutions into practical work and establish AHP analyze mode.Then we found this way works and it can make great time effeciency and economic benefits in practical programns .By analyzing the biding mode of subway procurement , to establish a scientific and transparent management practices and procedures, I hope this paper would be helpful for biding management of the company in the future and can make some contribution to decision-making on the implementation of procurement biding of large-scale subway projects .
