Study On Evaluation Of Safety Management Execution In Chemical Enterprise

With the rapid development of chemical industry, the importance of safety management becomes more and more visible. In order to do well on safety work and prevent production accident, the chemical enterprises not only make several rules and regulations based on related requirements of the national production safety laws and regulations, but also adopt many safety technical measures. Although they are trying to improve their safety management systems, some chemical accidents are constantly emerging as time goes on. The biggest reason for the accidents is that the safety management execution is far more from enough; as a result, the safety management work can not be carried out effectively. Apparently, enhancing the safety management execution can reduce the probability of accidents effectively. What’s more, it can promote safety management level and ensure the safety of chemical industry production.The main contents and conclusions are listed briefly as following:(1)According to the execution theory and combining the safety management of chemical industry enterprises with the reality, the essence and constituent elements of the safety management execution for chemical enterprises has defined. On this basis, this essay has built a comprehensive evaluation index system of chemical enterprise safety management execution, including three-level indicators and seventeen secondary indicators.(2)In order to avoid a too subjective or too objective evaluation result, adopts combination weight method to confirm the weight of evaluation index. Then chemical enterprise safety management assessment model for execution is established on the basis of 2-tuple linguistic information and VIKOR method. In this way, it’s easy to evaluate the strength of safety management execution among many chemical enterprises. This model avoids distortion of information and missing, and considering the evaluation of the overall level of individual short Board indicators and unfortunately, makes the results more accurate.(3)4 typical chemical enterprises have been selected for empirical research and their safety management execution standards have been evaluated. After analyzing their evaluation results roundly, this essay has put out some suggestions to promote the safety management execution of chemical enterprises on the basis of the reality.
