Research On The Growth Strategy Of Chinese Petroleum Industry Based Low-carbon

Chinese petroleum industry is a basic industry of the national economy, it has made tremendous contribution for our country’s economic and social development, and at the same time it has gradually grown up. Low-carbon economy is a new economic development model which is based on low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission. It bring many requirements and challenges but also new opportunities for our petroleum industry. In the background of low-carbon economy, C hinese petroleum industry shoulder the responsibility to protect the security of energy supply and energy saving at the same time. Therefore, the growth study of chinese petroleum industry based on low-carbon has a great significance to ensure that our petroleum industry can grow healthily and stable in the background of low-carbon economy.At first, use the industry life cycle model and SCP model to analyze the growth stage and the growth status quo of our petroleum industry, and find that our petroleum is in mature period; then use PEST model, “five forces” model and industry value chain to analyze external and internal environment of our petroleum industry, and conclude the advantage and disadvantage within the industry, the opportunities and threats outside the industry.; Then, use the SWOT and AHP model to make a quantitative and qualitative analysis, combined with growth targets,we chose the diversified growth strategy as the growth strategy for our petroleum industry based on low-carbon.; Finally, proposes the implementation from two aspects of enterprise and government..
