Research On Coordination Degree Evaluation Of Coal Industry In Shanxi Province Based On The 3E Model

As the main energy of Shanxi Province, Coal has an important contribution to the regional GDP and even the whole country GDP. Coal energy production of Shanxi province accounts for over 99% of the total energy production, the research of coal is equivalent to the study of energy. Coal industry in Shanxi Province has experienced the period of planned economy system and rapid development, and comprehensive to market period, until today’s industrial structure adjustment period. The long-term industrial development under the traditional extensive model, which is high energy consumption and high pollution, has caused serious consequences to the ecological environment. So the mode at expense of the environment for the development of the economic growth no longer adapt to the current economic system. Evaluating comprehensively the coal energy- economy- environment system and dealing well with the relationship between coal industry development and economic growth, also and environmental protection, is the basis of realizing the circular economy.This topic is based on 3E model, studying the coal industry system of Shanxi province, and combining the theory of circular economy, sustainable development theory, energy economy environment theory and relevant theory. By using the system evaluation method to construct a coordination degree evaluation system of coal industry in Shanxi, determining the evaluation index, processing the raw data and designing the evaluation program, we can find problems. According to the evaluation results, we can put forward the countermeasures from the aspects of coal energy, economic and environment, to realize the sustainable development of coal industry and to promote the coordinated development of the subsystems of coal energy, economy and environment in the social circulation system.
