Research On Employment Risk And Influencing Factors Of Coal Industry In Shanxi

As China’s economy into the new normal,a gradual slowdown in economic growth,coupled with the implementation of supply side reforms,capacity to policy,the market for the old energy especially coal demand is greatly reduced,the coal industry into a downward phase.Shanxi Province,as a typical resource based economic province,in recent years due to the downturn in the coal market,the regional economy continues to slump,the employment problem has become increasingly prominent.Data show that the GDP growth rate of Shanxi province in 2016 was only 4.5%,the registered urban unemployment rate rose to 3.52%,specific to the Shanxi coal industry continued to decline in labor demand weakness,involving the coal industry,the employment pattern changes,a number of coal enterprises are owed wages security phenomenon,part of the coal enterprises have taken the laid-off workers,shunt other measures.Faced with such a severe economic and employment situation,the employment risk of the coal industry has become prominent.What led to the employment risk of the coal industry? How do these factors work? How to solve the problem of employment risk? From the theoretical and practical aspects,the paper explores the employment risk of the coal industry.Based on the theory of resource-based economy,employment and unemployment theory and risk theory,this paper takes Shanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the employment risk and influencing factors of the coal industry.This paper defines the concept of employment risk mechanism of the coal industry,the coal industry employment risk analysis from the four aspects of income risk,employment risk,equity risk and health risks,on the basis of the current employment situation of the risk of the coal industry in Shanxi,from the three industry,macro and micro level analysis of the factors affecting the employment risk of coal industry.Then with the help of the Logit model,the paper draws the conclusion that the employment risk level and the rise of Shanxi coal industry.Finally,from the aspects of sustainable development of regional sustainable development and the promotion of human capital,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the employment risk of the coal industry.The innovation of this paper is reflected in two aspects: first,it analyzes the mechanism of employment risk in coal industry.The two part is the classification of the employment risk of the coal industry in Shanxi,and empirically verifies the level and trend of the employment risk in Shanxi coal industry.This paper has some theoretical reference value to improve the employment problem of Shanxi under the resource-based economy.It has some practical significance for solving the employment risk and solving the employment problem of the coal industry.
