Study On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Sustainable Development Of Shengli Oilfield

After 50 years of development and production, Shengli Oilfield produces stably 27 million tons of 17 years in a row. But as the current situation and the conditions of stable development changing, there appear lots of bad phenomena,including storage difficulties, strained resources to succeed, lower development effectiveness, high incremental costs of old oilfields, the fatigue of the subsequent development. Shengli Oilfield not only needs to achieve the profit growth of economic, but also needs to meet the national requirements of low carbon and environment protection. Besides, it bears the task of oil and gas supply and the harmony of local oil. After years of development, Shengli Oilfield has been in the strategic adjustment period, and how to maintain sustainable development is an urgent and realistic problem faced by Shengli Oilfield. The sustainable development is not only the inevitability of its own development, but also the need of social development. There is great practical significance to evaluate the sustainable development of Shengli Oilfield.Based on the study of sustainable development theory and previous studies, take Shengli Oilfield as the research object. At first, it elaborates the research goal and its significance. Then, make a systematic analysis of the current situation of Shengli Oilfield sustainable development from eight aspects, which are business management, oil and gas resources system, financial performance system, market development, science and technology, human resources, safety and environmental protection, social system.And make a summary of the factors that has influence on sustainable development of Shengli Oilfield; on the basis of this, put forward the ideas and principles of establishing the index system of sustainable development and establish it. Then, calculate the index weight respectively from the objective and subjective perspective by using of analysis of variance and AHP method. On this basis, use multi-index weighted function method to calculate the value of Shengli oilfield sustainable development. According to evaluation standard, determine the degree of sustainable development of Shengli oilfield and make systematic analysis and trend analysis of the evaluation results. Finally, put forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development.
