The development status and existing problems of this enterprise is representative.In this dissertation, by using CT Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. as the case, combining the enterprise strategy theory and the enterprise actual situation, and adopting the literature research method, survey method, case study method, and interdisciplinary research method, etc. to study the enterprise development strategy of CT Technology Development Group Co., Ltd., it has a certain practical significance for promoting the sustainable development and the innovative development of the enterprise.This dissertation introduces and analyzes the development status and existing problems of CT Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. basing on introducing and illustrating the basic concepts and theoretical connotation of the enterprise strategy. Afterwards, this dissertation does SWOT analysis, clears the market environment faced by the enterprise, and puts forward a "steady development" as the guiding ideology of the enterprise development strategy. And then, this dissertation makes the positioning of the enterprise development strategy as follows:establishing and improving the scientific management and realizing the mode conversion of the enterprise management, giving full play to the enterprise advantages by relying on the government policy and expanding business step by step, gasping the business chance and avoiding the risk through doing business in both domestic market and international market, realizing the creative development with the ecomodel of the integration of Manufacture, Study, and Research, and adhering the enterprise development to the unification of the enterprise value and the social value. At the same time, this dissertation explains the key-points of the enterprise development strategy in three stages:reorganizing the management and building a solid foundation of business, keeping the steady development and the improvement, realizing the leap by the innovation mode. Finally, this dissertation gives the related strategies and recommendations of the implementation of the enterprise development strategy to CT Technology Development Group Co., Ltd..The study conclusions of this dissertation are as follows:the enterprise strategy must adhere to the principle of linking the theory with the practice, "Steady Development" is the guiding ideology of the enterprise development, the scientific management is the fundamental guarantee of the enterprise development, the continuous innovation is the core power of the enterprise development, and the enterprise development must adhere to the unification of the enterprise value and the social value. |
