Research On Fushun Mining Group Development Strategy

Coal is China’s basic energy, sharing more than 60% of China’s energy, which has provided strong support for the industrial development of our country. However, since the beginning of "twelfth five-year", as the country’s economic growth is slowing, the coal market is low, resulting in the decline of the coal enterprise’s benefit, has made enterprise manages suffer serious impact and has had disadvantaged effects on the development of the coal industry. In this background, this thesis selects the typical coal enterprise----Fushun Mining Group as the research object, aiming at putting forward scientific and reasonable suggestions for the future development of Fushun Mining Group, and setting up model for coal industry development in China, especially in the northeast.Based on the actual investigation, literature review and research methods, the thesis has studied the reasons for the decline in the economy of the coal industry and the future trend of development of the coal industry, Combined with actual situation of Fushun Mining Group, it analyses the group’s development present situation, problems and development strategy and planning, and finally proposes to broaden the scope of industry, extend the industrial chain, strengthen overseas resources development and investment, deeply process the products and improve product added value etc. The strategies and measures are based on Fushun Mining Group "green, safe, efficient and sustainable" development concept to promote the healthy and sustainable development.The thesis is divided into seven sections. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance; the second chapter illustrates the researches both at home and abroad, research methods and the theory; the third chapter analyzes the current development trend of coal industry,the overall environment and the existing problems of the industry with PEST analysis method; the fourth chapter analyzes the internal environment of the group and points out the problems of industrial chain, the coal industry, human resources, etc.; the fifth chapter analyzes the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats comprehensively with uses SWOT analysis method and puts forward rectification opinions on the basis of the theory of strategic development and the content of Fushun Mining Group development strategy and operational countermeasures; the sixth chapter develops strategic safeguard; the seventh is the summary and puts forward the thesis prospects and deficiencies.
