Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Growth Of Small And Micro Agricultural Enterprises Based On FA&SEM

In the report of the 19 th National Congress,the strategy for rural revitalization was put forward,giving priority to solving problems related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Under the background of this policy,small and micro agriculture-related enterprises are also strongly supported and develop rapidly.Small and micro agriculture-related enterprises play an important role in increasing agricultural income,enriching farmers and developing rural areas.Therefore,in the context of the rural revitalization strategy,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the factors affecting the growth of small and micro agriculture-related enterprises and put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions to promote agricultural income,farmers' wealth and rural development.First of all,in this article,through the research literature review and related documents for small micro enterprises,agricultural enterprises and small agricultural enterprise and so on has carried on the definition,the theoretical basis of this article has carried on the related comb,and through theoretical analysis of affecting factors of firm growth,it is concluded that the business enterprise growth process is the enterprise internal and external factors affecting the result of joint action.Secondly,based on the analysis of the internal and external factors affecting the selection through literature and the actual development of small micro agricultural enterprise internal and external influencing factors,and on the basis of predecessors' research design small agricultural enterprise factors empirical study measuring scale,including small agricultural enterprise growth factors affecting the measuring scale,growth,performance measurement scale as well as the control variable,for subsequent empirical analysis.Finally,factor analysis and structural equation model construction were carried out for 240 valid questionnaires collected from small and micro agriculture-related enterprises in jiangsu province.Factor analysis concluded three public factors influencing the growth of small and micro agriculture-related enterprises,namely,public factors of social market industry development,public factors of public service operation and public factors of enterprise economic human value.On the factor analysis,the structural equation model on the basis of the analysis,the following results: public social market industry development factors on the growth of small agricultural enterprise directly promoting effect significantly,public service operation factor and the enterprise scale effect was not significant for small agriculturalenterprise growth,failed to achieve promotion effect,enterprise economic value of human common factor influence levels significantly influence coefficient is small,promoting effect is weak.Therefore,this article from strengthen the construction enterprises,improve enterprise competitiveness,intensify policy support,improve the government service function and improve the social service support system,put forward suggestion to strengthen social service functions,scientific technology,to promote enterprise development by innovation,and through the introduction of high-quality talent to strengthen internal management,to intensify policy support and create a good environment for policy on the basis of constantly improve agricultural socialized service system,improve small micro agricultural enterprise growth ability,help small micro agricultural enterprise growth and development.
