Evaluation The Level Of Sustainable Development Of Port

The world is facing the dual threat of energy crisis and environmental deterioration at present, so the measures of sustainable development are becoming more and more important for a country and an enterprise to compete in the world market. Port as a kind of high energy consumption and high pollution industry, plays the role of the core node in the supply chain, it not only affects the efficiency of upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain, but also plays a leading role in the integration of local economic, so it is significant to realize the sustainable development of the port. Based on this, this paper evaluates the port from the perspective of sustainable development, provides a theoretical basis for the government and port managers to improve and enhance the sustainable level of port.In this paper, based on the theory of sustainable type of port, analyzes the existing problems in the port enterprise development. Taking evaluating the sustainable development level of port as the research topic: First of all, through the analysis of current research and evaluation methods for sustainable port, this paper expounds the basis of the sustainable development of the port and the importance of its scientific evaluation. Second,by analyzing and comparing of evaluation method that previous scholars adopted, this article constructs evaluation index system of port sustainable development from the dimensions of port economic and social benefits, port environmental protection, port capacity building, port resources useing, determines using the theory of analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis method to determine the weighing values for assessment index, this method can comprehensively consider the subjective and objective weights of indicators, make full use of the subjective perception and objective data.Finally, established a sustainable evaluation system of port based on AHP-DEA-GM level analysis model, taking Tang Shan port in our country as example, the sustainable development of port was evaluated and analyzed, thus clear the improvement direction of enterprises in the future to enhance the level of sustainable development, optimize the allocation of resources and improve operational efficiency and economic benefits of port production for port decision makers, so as to improve the sustainable development level ofthe port, enhanced its competitiveness in the international market.
