The Study On The Ability Of Heilongjiang Province Economic Sustainable Development

Economic sustainable development is an important component of sustainable development, which is a widely-recognized economic development mode around the world. Heilongjiang province is one of the most important and oldest industrial bases of northeast China, after opening up reform, economic construction has achieved great developments. Heilongjiang province exposed a great many problems, such as the unreasonable economic structure, regional economic development disparities, and poor economic performances of leading industries. In a word, achieving economic growth styles with high input, high consumption and high pollution have not been fundamentally changed, researching on economic sustainable development of Heilongjiang province possess important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the paper expounds the relevant theories of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province, on the basis of it, analyze the present situations and problems of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province; secondly, on the basis of establishment principles, establishment goals and establishment ideas of establishing evaluation index system of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province, choose suitable economic indexes, establish evaluation index system of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province, use analytic hierarchy process and gray connections degrees evaluation methods to establish evaluation model of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province, and use relevant data of Heilongjiang province from 2006 to 2008 to empirical analysis, the conclusions can be drew that economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province from 2006 to 2008 enhances gradually; finally, put forward measures of enhancing economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province based on evaluation index system, evaluation model and empirical analysis of economic sustainable development ability of Heilongjiang province.
