| The purpose of this study based on the regional economic growth in Hebei province and the selection, and then economic growth pole of regional development policies in-depth research and assessment, and found that the problem from the policy research and the assessment. Finally put forward to improve the Hebei province regional economic growth development policy. According to the characteristics of the subject, the main research methods of this thesis are documentation method,gravity model for spatial,questionnaires method and AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.First, this paper introduces the connotation and classification of growth poles, precondition for forming growth pole, growth pole development policy and other content, and theoretical basis of growth pole selection theory. Depth discussion of the importance of government policy formation and development of poles for regional economic growth, laid the solid rationale for this article research.Secondly, the choice of regional economic growth pole of Hebei province was made by using the gravity model for spatial, and the government promulgated the policy to carry on the analysis research of the economic growth of the selected cities in recent years. Then on the basis of the analysis of the government on the implementation of policies to promote the development of economic effect of these measures.Once again, using the questionnaires, economic growth pole region representative enterprise management’s evaluation of policies conducted an investigation, using AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to analyze the data, through the analysis found that the governments in the formulation and implementation of policies in the problems, and analyzes the causes of these problems.At Last, regional economic growth pole in Hebei province development strategic starting point for policy analysis and research, and improvement of the regional economic growth pole of Hebei province development policies put forward feasible suggestions. |
