Research On Measure Of Agriculture Informatization Level And Development Trend In Hebei Province

Agricultural informatization is the inevitable trend of social development and is the important supporting strength to realize agricultural modernization. To assess the agricultural informatization level is the scientific basis of implementing the development strategy of agriculture informationization, and is an important guarantee for the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure and the growth of farmers’ income. To establish and improve the assessment system of agricultural informationization development level in Hebei Province scientifically and objectively is of great importance for the government to formulate feasible agriculture informatization development strategy and policy.At present, we mainly adopt the methods of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis in the assessment of the position and role of the agricultural informatization in agriculture. When quantitative analysis is used, the established mathematical model also has its drawbacks. So comprehensive index method and porat approach is used to measure the level of agricultural informationization development in Hebei Province, and the measured results are analyzed. Then this paper used grey prediction model GM(1,1) to forecast the trend of the development of the agricultural informatization in the future, improve the agricultural informatization measurement and prediction method in Hebei Province.First of all, this paper illustrates the selected topic background and research significance, at home and abroad were reviewed in the informationization level measure and gray GM(1,1) prediction model, the current status of the analysis and research, on the basis of established in this paper, the research train of thought, and to sum up the used methods.Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of information and information technology, generalizes the definition of agricultural informationization analysis, outlined the main content of agricultural informationization and agricultural informatization related theory, analyzed the characteristics of agricultural informationization development abroad, according to our country’s agricultural informatization development situation, analyses the current situation of the development of all aspects of agriculture informatization in Hebei Province.Thirdly, the comprehensive index model and porat model are established, and use this two models built respectively suitable for new measuring index system of agricultural informationization development in Hebei Province, and for Hebei Province agricultural informatization level measurement analysis, points out the existing problems in the development of agricultural informatization in Hebei Province.Finally, the gray GM(1,1) prediction model is established, using porat model of informatization level measurement data, predicting the agricultural informatization level from 2015 to 2020 in Hebei Province, and to the existing problems in the development of information technology to promote agricultural informatization level rapid promotion countermeasures and suggestions.
