Research Of The Ability Construction For Aerospace Professional Talents Based On The Competency Model

Base on the status analysis of aerospace enterprise, it has necessity, urgency and realistic significance to construction professional talents companies. This dissertation focus on the construction professional talents companies in aerospace area based on the competency model. This dissertation reviewed the research status of competency model at home and abroad, and the project and method in the dissertation are based on the latest research in competency area.This dissertation analysis the elements of the competency and the impact of competency on the personal performance, others perfo rmance and team performance based on the research of competency and performance. The theoretical hypothesis model of talents companies has been constructed. Considering the feature of professional person in aerospace field, the model is featured by the aerospace enterprise and is constructed in the way of interview, expert discussion and questionnaire. This mode l is validating by experts discussion and software analysis. Two competency weight assignment models, technics series and skills series of JG company, have also been constructed.This dissertation combined the academic research and experiments in selected units to analysis the status, competency of JG company to find out the weakness of professional talents companies which need to improve. This dissertation also discussed the capacity building of talents companies and validates the effect of training professional talents companies, in the aspect of optimizing structure of staffs, personnel training, and management of performance and effect validation.
