The Study On Soft Measurement Model Of Information Consumption Level

The research on information consumption has been common, but the theoretical research has gradually matured, the mature of the Internet technology has brought new opportunities to it, the network information consumption came into being. At present, the research of network information consumption is in the developing stage, and the network has the influence on the consumption of information. So this article mainly carries on the research to the network information consumption and it’s level.Because of the information consumption covered a wide range, especially consumption of network information, which involves many factors, so if we want to study the level of information consumption, we need to analyze the factors influencing information consumption firstly, the factors are the auxiliary variables which use to establish the model of soft measurement. Through the analysis, it should be selected from three aspects: the subject, the object and the environment of information consumption.The next step is to establish the mathematical model of the process. First is to select the auxiliary variables by the principal component analysis method. The final auxiliary variables are the factors which have larger contribution. And then determine the weight of each auxiliary variable through AHP. And then use BP neural network algorithm to establish the model of the information consumption level.Finally, take Tangshan City as an example, through the output data to reflect the current situation of information consumption in Tangshan. From comparing the level of Tangshan and our country, we get the conclusion that Tangshan has a higher level than our city, and higher than the average level of information consumption in China. And then predict the trend of Tangshan find that Tangshan’s information consumption level will be increased continuously.Based on the above, we must guide the consumption of information to a better direction, and to create a good space for information consumption. And have a positive idea to promote the consumption of information.
