Research On The Strategy Of The Development Of E-commerce Logistics In Jiangxi Province Based On SWOT Anlisis

Since 2000, the Internet developing rapidly and intelligent terminal equipment like smart phones, tablets and PC used widely have droven e-commerce progress. In e-commerce environment, logistics is support of the experience of the consumer to realize online commodity that give consumers more convenient consumption experience with more funny at the same time. In recent years, the rapid development of electronic commerce present situation, in fact, is restricted by many factors, on the 9th international e-commerce BBS, To address this issue scholars think of the development of electronic commerce general restricted by four aspects: first, the Internet and other hardware facilities; Second, the payment of goods;Third, shopping rights and interests safeguard; Fourth, goods delivery ability. Social progress,Internet penetration is higher and higher, the network financial development is more and more perfect, these make the first, second and third factors slowly improved. Now, seriously restrict the development of electronic commerce is commodity logistics problems. As for the Jiangxi province electricity business logistics, the current situation of the logistics service level is low.E-commerce logistics problems in Jiangxi province causes the attention of the government and scholars.During the "twelfth five-year" In Jiangxi province, E-commerce logistics was listed as key development projects, policy and money formulation, make e-commerce logistics developing rapidly in Jiangxi province. But, in general, e-commerce logistics development in Jiangxi province has a lot of problems caused by many restrictions, which restrict electric business logistics development in Jiangxi. For the sake of rapid and healthy development of e-commerce logistics in Jiangxi province,the problems need to be solved urgently. Based on analysis of PEST and the present situation to electronic commerce development in Jiangxi province, electronic commerce logistics is analyzed comprehensively on the basis of SWOT analysis.Then the factors affecting e-commerce logistics in Jiangxi province is ordered using hierarchy process(AHP) analytic.According to the result of sorting, put forward the twolayers strategy of Jiangxi’s e-commerce logistics development.This paper is carried out on three steps according to the route from introducing question to analyzing problem and to solving problem.The first step of paper reviews the research abroad, understanding the foreign research front, then reviews the research domestic, and understanding the domestic research front, on the basis of the proposed in this paper, the research question about strategy of Jiangxi’s electricity business logistics development based on SWOT analysis. Second step, analyzing question, firstly, application of PEST, the electricity business logistics development environment in Jiangxi province is analyzed,and,secondly,the present situation of Jiangxi province electricity business logistics is analyzed,on the basis of analysis of the two,the aspects provincing e-commerce logistics to develop is analyzed supplying SWOT, on which, the aspects are sorted supplying hierarchy process(AHP).
