Empirical Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of The Producer Services’ Development In Jiangxi

From the beginning of the last century, Western countries have entered the "service economy" era, the development of service industry become more and more strong, and service industry become gradually overwhelmingly dominant in the national economy. Producer services has gradually become an important indicator of the consideration of national and regional economic, and is also known as the most dynamic and fastest-growing sectors, and have a strong concentration and radiation effects. Through these years’ development, the scale of Chinese producer services has gradually expanded, the level of Chinese producer services has also been greatly improved. But compared to developed countries, the gap is quite obvious. It has slowly become an obstacle to great-leap-forward development of Chinese economic. The current goal of Chinese economic development is to accelerate the transformation of economic development, promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. The development of producer services is an effective way to achieve this goal. At the same time, accelerate the development of producer services, can help improve the competitiveness of the three major industries, broaden the channels for the development, innovate the development model, and also has important strategic significance for the realization of building a moderately prosperous society.In the theoretical part, this article summarizes and reviews the previous researchers’ definition of producer services, and find out the common part. This article define producer services based on the common part. Then this article summarizes the theory and the theory of factors of production and service industry, make a review. In the empirical part, Firstly, this article makes a brief introduction of the development of producer services in Jiangxi Province over the years, makes a comparison between the development of producer services in Jiangxi Province and the national average, finds out that the development of producer services in Jiangxi Province is still in a relatively backward level. Secondly, on the basis of existing studies, this article select some producer services Jiangxi influential factors related to constructing theoretical model, uses 15 years of data Statistical Yearbook data, uses econometric regression method to make an empirical analysis. Finally, this article summarizes the conclusions and puts forward suggestion in four aspects: improve institutional environment, increase investment, learn from the developed provinces and strengthen the talent introduction and training.Empirical regression results show: government intervention in the economy and degree of urbanization are two main influence factors, different influence factors play different impact on different sectors of producer services. However, market mechanisms have an impact on all sectors of producer services. Finally, this article puts forward suggestion based on empirical results.
