Empirical Analysis Of The Influence Factors Of The Producer Services’ Development In Chongqing

Since the1950s, the world economic structure has seen a profound change, theproportion of long term dominant manufacture industry has been continuously reduced indeveloped countries, manufacturing transform into service industry one after another, thecarrier and the fulcrum is productive service industry. The gradual development ofproducer services is on behalf of the market economy maturity of a country or a regionand development level. Rapid developing producer services are important initiativies toimprove social efficiency, promote economic development and economic structuraloptimization, and it has great strategic significance in the second and third industries,especially under the development background of the integration of manufacturing andmodern service industry.Based on the theoretical level and characteristics of producer services, multiplelinear regression model of producer services influencing factors was constructed in thisarticle; in the application level, regarding Chongqing as an example to study thedemonstration of influencing factors of produce services. First of all is the definition ofthe basic concept of productive service industry; the exploration of the theory ofproductive service industry characteristics, and the relevant research in industrial factors.Next, the current situation of the development of the producer service industry inChongqing: two aspects of producer service industry description, one is the overalldevelopment situation and the other one is internal development situation. Then, anempirical analysis of the influencing factors of producer services: putting forward thetheoretical hypotheses on the influencing factors of producer services; according to thehypothesis, build measurement model with the method of linear regression, the data isfrom the1995~2012"statistical yearbook of Chongqing" and "Chinese StatisticalYearbook"; the empirical analysis of producer service industry influencing factors inChongqing, stability test. At last, conclusions and suggestions: the summary of thearticle structure and contents, and the suggestion in five aspects which are enhancingthe degree of industrialization, enhancing the service efficiency, promoting industrialintegration, deepening specialized division of labor and developing government securitysystem.The regression results shows: the industrialization degree has the largest impact forproducer service industry and various sub industries. Specifically, from the overall perspective, specialized division, industrialization d, service efficiency, industrialintegration degree, government scale, and industry concentration degree is positiverelated to the development of producer services; the development of the opening degreegenerates negatively related to each industry segment. The empirical result shows theproduction service industry of Chongqing as a whole is consistent with the sub industrycorrelation. Finally, put forward the suggestion according to the empirical results.
