On Logistics Patterns Selection Of Distinctive Agricultural Products From The Perspective Of “internet Plus” —Case Of Jiangxi Province

Improving agricultural products logistics competitiveness has an irreplaceable role in expanding a broader market of agricultural products, getting the better customer experience, improving the employment status in agriculture and service industry, and promoting the development of the local economy. The logistics pattern is vital for the marketing of agricultural products. It is attracting more attention from the innovation of the logistics patterns advent with the internet and mobile. In the context of “Internet plus”, based on the analysis of the current situation of distinctive agricultural products, this paper compares regional logistics competitiveness of agricultural products in Jiangxi with other major agricultural provinces. Also logistics patterns of distinctive agricultural products are designed and selected in a case study of Gannan navel orange on the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for the logistics development strategy of distinctive agricultural products in Jiangxi province. The mainly points of the article as follow:First of all, a set of logistics competitiveness evaluation index system of agricultural products is established in the context of “Internet plus” from three aspects: logistics demand, logistics scale and developing environment. Applying both Principal Components Analysis and Rank-Score Characteristics to evaluate logistics competitiveness of agricultural products in 15 major agricultural provinces. Results show that agricultural products logistics development levels in 15 major agricultural provinces are inconsequent in the year of 2013, and Jiangxi province belongs to undeveloped areas. Therefore, there is still much room for improving the development of agricultural products logistics in Jiangxi province.Secondly, take Gannan navel orange as an example to design the logistics patterns of distinctive agricultural products in Jiangxi province. This paper tries to introduce the morphology matrix into the discipline of logistics management and engineering and Gannan navel orange logistics patterns are decomposed into six factors: logistics leading subject, length of circulation channel, method of enterprise operation, mode of logistics chain, product operation mode and advanced technology. Then gets 78 design projects of Gannan navel orange logistics patterns after adding context and combination constraints, and three different design projects are put forward to do further research in detail.Finally, select the best design project of Gannan navel orange logistics patterns with technical and economic evaluation method and expert evaluation method. Results found that the third one is the best, followed by the second one and the last is the first one, so the third one is selected. Cloud logistics environment should be constructed, logistics alliance should be formed between enterprises in agricultural products supply chain, in order to improve the reliability, timeliness, safety, etc., and reduce logistics costs of agricultural products, and then the third design project can be successfully implemented.
