With the deepening of the reform of state-owned financial system, China’s banking sector is also changing with the transformation from planned economy to market economy, and the competition becomes more fierce in the market economy environment, and the competition pattern among state-owned commercial banks of our country has appeared initially, in the process of competition, by the incessant struggle and coordination of the contradiction, it has gradually appeared to the situation that the state-owned commercial banks are the main body, and a variety of financial institutions exist and assist as well.But the problem that banking risk control imperfection, business growing quality low, etc. become obvious increasingly. There are many problems exist in the development of China’s banking industry, for example the debt burden, these have obstructed the rapid development of the banking industry, and influenced the stability of the economy in our country.For state-owned commercial Banks, they face many opportunities and challenges as well as the selectivity of the business, in the new historical period, how to formulate the development strategy of the state-owned commercial Banks, how to determine the dominant force in business profit contribution, as well as the key role and difficulties should be overcome, these problems are related to the future development of state-owned commercial Banks. In this paper, aiming at these problems, the Marx contradiction theory is applied to analysis and solve the problems, and the suggestions are offered to the state-owned commercial bank’s business, it has a clear practical significance to the development of the state-owned commercial Banks.
