China’s e-commerce market, there is a very large space for development.Therefore the enterprise should design the enterprise the electronic commerce pattern to develop the promotion enterprise’s development.At present, the electronic commerce operation mode adopted by the business circle mainly has three modes: O2 O, B2 C and B2 B. The concept of O2 O mode is through the combination of online and offline entities, the formation of a more perfect and three-dimensional e-commerce business model, in order to provide consumers with a better experience. The model has certain advantages, is in the ascendant, but in the global scope, is still in the exploratory stage. Under this kind of background, how to carry on the electronic commerce work, the design enterprise own electronic commerce operation pattern, also is the question which in the H clothing company such traditional clothing enterprise must face.Since h Garment Co., Ltd. is a commitment to the brand of men’s business of large-scale clothing enterprises, the company has a huge, high-quality physical stores marketing network resources and since 2014 established e-commerce company, H garment enterprise’s e-commerce network marketing also made impressive achievements. Although the development momentum of H clothing company is good,but also face the great pressure of the clothing network market, but also face the problem of how to combine the common development of online and offline. So we must think about how to optimize the existing e-commerce business model, so as to realize the further transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The research status of B2 B, B2 C, o2 o mode of operation of electronic business affairs were the basis of the analysis of the above, external environment of H garment enterprise electronic commerce development from macro environment and clothing industry e-commerce development of the industry environment, the garment industry is trying to explore the business operation mode of comparative analysis. Then combined with H garment enterprise’s internal strengths and weaknesses, SWOT analysis of H garment enterprise’s operation mode of e-commerce, e-commerce development strategy for H garment enterprise is determined, on the basis of the design optimization of H garment enterprise e-commerce business model. And puts forward the main points of the H clothing company’s e-commerce operation mode optimization. I hope this research can provide some reference for the optimization of H garment company’s e-commerce operation mode and the exploration of the business model in the business world.
