Since 1956,the concept of "artificial intelligence" has been promoted by computer expert John McCarthy at the Dartmouth meeting,and has experienced more than 60 years of ups and downs,especially in the field of machine vision,which is very hot in the field of artificial intelligence.Widely concerned,for the "machine vision" field in the blue ocean region in the past few years,the next competition will become more and more fierce.Through the internal and external research of the company,it is found that the main reason behind the low purchasing intention,low product satisfaction,low-level engineering error,product consistency,product thinking and product design ability problems of BW company is There is a problem with the product development strategy,so the product development strategy needs to be optimized.In view of the status quo of BW's product development,this paper uses the “Blue Ocean Strategy” to escape the Red Sea to conduct a qualitative analysis of the company's product development strategy,and combines the“Blue Ocean Strategy”and the “Target Cost Method”from the consumers.The theory of hair has studied the product development strategy of BW.Using two proactive strategic theories to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from the perspective of consumers.After the combination of the two methods,we learned the direction ofBW's product development strategy optimization,that is,to eliminate branding elements that are not actually creating value,increase design capabilities,market service elements,lower product price elements,and creatively increase the platform.Open element.The selection of the product category is to retain the original security,logistics warehousing,and driverless product categories,and temporarily abandon the mobile phone product category.It also proposes BW product development strategy safeguard measures to improve resource integration capability,improve cost optimization capability,and standardize product development process.This paper applies the "blue ocean strategy" theory to the BW company's product development strategy,and uses its given framework to analyze BW,and develops a blue ocean strategy that is suitable for the company's capital size requirements and risk control.And to make a product category selection scheme that uses every penny in the cutting edge,by continuously improving the core competitiveness of BW enterprises,the company will occupy more market share,and open up a blue ocean in the field of “machine vision”.In addition,this paper uses the blue ocean strategy idea and its model,innovatively combines the target cost method to actively consider the cost measurement method of the whole product life cycle,and makes a new exploration of product development strategy,and conducts product development strategy research for follow-up enterprises.Provides a way of thinking.
