Agriculture of our country is in the period of transition from extensive management to intensive management, overall land intensive management level is low, there is further distance for improvement. The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee stressed that,it must be on the basis of the basic rural land management system and family status,to cultivate the new operators, to encourage agricultural land contracted management flow,To guide agricultural new operators to take the path of scale, intensive management. This paper aims to study land intensive management history in our country and the concrete practice of the current rural research, preliminary proven land intensive management of the impact of land output and agricultural income, and each related subject how to establish a fair and reasonable land value increment between revenue sharing mechanism, based on the principles of economics policy suggestions to be put forward. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part mainly elaborates the background, purpose and significance of this study.Through the retrospective analysis of research status at domestic and abroad, summarizes the research achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,in order to obtain reference research ideas and research methods. The second part mainly is to establish a theoretical point of view and basic concepts. The third part is mainly to research the history of our country land intensive management systematically, study the concrete practice of the rural land intensive management.Review the history of the intensive management of agricultural land, at the same time, summary and evaluate the distribution pattern of the various stages. In the fourth part, land value-added income share under the current system has carried on the empirical analysis. This part based on the empirical analysis, the current land value-added income distribution made objective evaluation, points out the main problems existing in the current land value-added income distribution. The fifth part is mainly to structure land value-added income distribution equilibrium mechanism. In order to realize the rational allocation of land value-added income, first of all need to have sound land market trading mechanism and to ensure clear property right of farmland resources, farmland resource management and standardize the market. Increment tax basic principles of benefit distribution is distribution according to the contribution of production factors. Therefore, it is necessary to clear production factors participate in the distribution system, provisions of production factors participate in the income in the form of, conditional area can be the implementation of value-added income distribution of dynamic rent. In the construction of a reasonable distribution of the process must also strengthen the relevant legal construction, give play to the dominant role of farmers, Transformation of government responsibilities and positioning, and the establishment of the interests of vulnerable groups of channels of expression. In the sixth part, the research work is summarized, the study mainly the following three types of innovation: Research on land value and land in intensive management from the point of view of the innovation; discussion on land value-added mechanism, expand the types of land value-added; construct according to factor contribution degree in land value-added income distribution mechanism innovation. As a result of the limitation of time and budget, this study is still not perfect, not enough to fully reflect the added value and distribution of agricultural land, it is worth further studying.
