The growth of chemical fiber manufacturing industry is more than 12% annual after 2006 in China, and the growth keeps to 6 years.but In 2012, the growth began to decline, it’s the fewest in 2014 in record. The national chemical fiber production reached 4432.67 tons, Up 6.37% from a year earlier, growth continues to slow in 2013.As the impact of the international financial crisis and domestic slow down, the chemical fiber industry growth slowing, chemical fiber saturation point.Vulgar, high cost and the financing model of development is not fit for the Competition in the market now. Chemical fiber companies should thought transformation development today.Business strategy management is designed to realize the unity of the economic and social benefits,it is the important measures for the company to improve the efficiency of resource utilization, reduce the production cost, enhance the competitiveness. The development of the company without good business strategy, the business scheme is in the actual operation. Company in business activities, faced with internal and external difficulties, it is need to summarizes all kinds of factors inside and outside, superior bad discard, making business strategy, make sure the stable and healthy development. In this paper, With HQ chemical fiber company as the research object, summarise the process of its to develop and implement business strategies problems, analyzes the cause of the difficulty, and plan for the future, the development direction, measures and implement path, put forward the corresponding strategy and advices.
