Information Resources Sharing Research For Dairy Safety Supervision

Dairy safety is the focus of the party and the government. And consumers also require the government to publish more information about dairy safety supervision, to ensure consumer’s right to know. This article do some research about information sharing for dairy safety supervision, aims to explore effective information sharing and supervision about information resources of dairy safety supervision.Firstly, analyzing the relationship between the stakeholders when building the information resources sharing system. Mining the issues about information asymmetry and non-sharing between stakeholders and finding the stakeholders’ needs for information resources sharing by dairy safety case analysis; establishing two evolutionary game models to make relevant behavior analysis modeling and datamation and exploring the impact of information resources sharing to this two evolutionary game models’ equilibrium point. Then Analyzing and improving group decision-making environment about government, who is the main body in both dairy safety supervision and information resources sharing.Secondly, designing business process model of information resources sharing and building information resources sharing system, which includes five subsystems as the operation, content, standards, technologies and policies subsystem, of dairy safety supervision. Thus, formulating implementation scheme about the construction of sharing system under the government’s improved decision-making environment. It should be noted that this paper focuses on two main aspects of information resources sharing and information matching that enterprises share their information with the government, as well as the government share their information with consumers.Again, studying information matching between the sharing information resources in the process of sharing system application. The s tudy involved two important information matches, which is one to one correspondence with two main aspects of information resources sharing. One of them is enterprise share information resources with the government toward the government’s request, which to achieve the matching between the government’s supervision information with dairy safety standards; and another is the government do information matching and share the information item, which meet matching threshold, with consumers according to the needs of consumers proposed. Information matching calculation is based on ontology matching. The paper select the appropriate method of ontology matching algorithm and complete information matching work. Furthermore, calculated information matching degree is correlated with the parameter in the two evolutionary game models.Finally, doing simulation analysis about dairy safety supervision information resources sharing in SZ city. Completing sharing system construction in SZ city, information matching simulation, an alyzing the change of the two game models’ equilibrium points before and after information resources sharing and explaining reasons for these changes.
