Research On Information Sharing Degree Of Dairy Supply Chain In China

After years of unremitting efforts,China's dairy industry has became a sunrise industry,milk production is the third in the world.With the rapid development of the dairy industry,the coordination and efficient operation of dairy products supply chain becomes more and more important.Dairy products supply chain is made up of four links,dairy farmers(field),dairy production and processing enterprises,distributors and consumers,the operation of the each part will have an effect on the whole.With the deepening of the research on dairy products supply chain,each node enterprises find the important role of information sharing in supply chain management.Effective information sharing can avoid waste of resources and decision-making errors,reduce transaction costs,improve the economic benefits and operation efficiency of the whole supply chain.So,researching on the dairy supply chain information sharing problems plays an important promoting role on ensuring efficient operation in the dairy products supply chain as well as the health sustainable development of the dairy industry.The main purpose of the study is: on the basis of current dairy supply chain information sharing,using quantitative analysis method,measuring the degree of dairy products supply chain information sharing in our country,and analyzes the influencing factors of dairy products supply chain information sharing,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote information sharing.Study of Chinese dairy supply chain information sharing problem,not only to investigate the macro environment of dairy products supply chain information sharing as well as the factors affecting the degree of information sharing,more important is to study and analysis a road of sustainable,efficient and healthy development for dairy products supply chain,and finally to make the right decisions on share information,implementation of dairy products supply chain members of high efficiency and high benefit of enterprise.The paper uses information sharing theory to the analysis of current dairy supply chain information sharing in our country,including the current situation of the development of dairy products supply chain,from the Angle of information sharing analysis existing problems in the development of supply chain,the dairy products supply chain information flow,the content of the four links of information sharing in dairy products supply chain,the existing supply chain information sharing mode.Using the coupling theory,the quantitative analysis method to build the dairy supply chain information sharing degree calculation model,it is concluded that the degree of dairy products supply chain information sharing in various directions and the relationship between them,clearly illustrates the situation of dairy products supply chain information sharing in China now,further analysis of the factors affecting the degree of information sharing,and puts forward Suggestions for the targeted to promote information sharing.According to the study showed that improve ability on information sharing of dairy enterprises in the supply chain members individual can't increased the whole supply chain information sharing effect,need the coordinated development between client oriented information sharing and supply oriented information.Therefore,based on the above research,use the qualitative analysis to show that the influencing factors of two direction information sharing,and finally put forward specific measures to improve the dairy supply chain information sharing degree,thus improving the efficiency of the dairy supply chain,promote the development of the dairy industry.
