| The development of new strategic industries is an important strategic move to make Guangdong’s economic more efficient. It gives impetus to industrial transformation and upgrading. In 2012,the provincial government of Guangdong issued a documents Guangdong’s 12 th five-year plan of developing the new strategic industries, making a full deployment of development objectives、path and relevant policies. This article mainly discuss the question that on the background of new normal of China’s economy, within the guidelines of "Made in China 2025" plan and Guangdong’s 13 th Five Year Plan, Guangdong province how to develop the new strategic industries in perspective of technological finance, with the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research. Part 1 states research purpose, research meaning and research status at home and abroad. In Part 2 related concepts were defined. Part 3 analyzes the present situation “how to promote the development of Guangdong’s new strategic industries by technological finance ”and compares development status of technological finance between different developed areas in China, such as Zhongguancun District, Shanghai Pudong New Area and Hangzhou City. At the same time, the paper compares it with foreign countries. Part 4 analyzes the determinants of the new strategic industries from technological finance aspect using empirical analysis,and analyses the influence caused by each factor. On perspective of technological finance, Part 5 puts forward the specific measures and proposals which suit the circumstances of Guangdong for developing the new strategic industries. |
