| Strategic emerging industries are industries with strategic significance to thecountry’s economic development,which is selected based on the existingsituation of the State,international situation and future economic andtechnological trends,and they are developing sustainally industries, which hasthe status of a national strategy,the basis of major technological innovation andhuge market potential demand, with the characteristics of a high technologicalcontent, strong capacity of radiation and promoting, raising the rate of economicgrowth and optimizing the industrial structure,it is also integration highly ofemerging technologies and emerging industries,at the same time,echnologicalinnovation is a manifestation of growth and competitive strength,which is one ofthe most important driving force in the development of strategic emergingindustries,therefore, the study on the relationship between technologicalinnovation, especially technological regionally innovation and the growth ofemerging strategically industry,has a very important significance to explore howto accelerate technological innovation in China, to accelerate the development ofemerging strategically industries and economic development.Start from the connotation of regional technology innovation and strategicemerging industries, the paper explores characteristics,structure and impactfactors of the sub system regional technological innovation and the growth ofstrategic emerging industries,based on literature, economics theory, systemtheory, self-organization theory and coupling theory;and then it studys oncoupled content,the coupling process and coupling mechanisms of the coupledsystem,and build an evaluation index system and evaluation function ofsubsystem,and coupling coordination degree and coupled relational model ofcoupling system,finally,it resarches on the empirical analysis of the model,basedon the electronic information industry of the28regions. The results showes that(1) the composite score of regional technology innovation and electronicinformation industry growth, as well as the coupling coordination degree ofcoupled systems with the reality of China’s national conditions,are proportional to regional economic development level;(2)Currently the coupled system ofregional technical innovation of China and the growth of electronic informationindustry stays growing stage, when the overall level of the regional electronicinformation industry growth lags behind the level of technological innovation,but the speed of regional technical innovation could not keep pace with thespeed of the electronic information industry, and the development of thecoupling system is uncoordinated,whose coupled associate degree is less thanthe coupling coordination degree. |
