Even though the financial leasing has a up and down period, it has a rapid development trend since 2007. Recently it has attracted more attention and support from the and the professional. Then we can see the considerable achievements made by combining with the real economy. As we know, tourism as a sunrise industry in our country is facing a critical stage of transformation. Depending on the financial leasing will acquire adequate development funds and invigorate scenic equipment. Finally it will achieve a comprehensive and sustainable development.The study focuses on the subject matter and model of the financial leasing in the tourism. Then analysis the reasons for selecting the particular pattern. And reveals the factors at this stage of financial leasing for Tourism Development. Finally, the future direction and prospects of innovating financial leasing in China’s tourism industry were discussed.This research has a case study from a financial leasing company and has the depth interviews with the employees, managers and the experts in the tourism. Use the three coding techniques in the grounded theory and excavate the depth interview data. Explore the financial leasing model in the tourism and its associated influence factors. Our findings show that the financial leasing mode in tourism is relatively simple, and the main reason is the tourism is a asset-light industry. The subject matter in the tourism is really less. In addition, the system and cognitive inertia have become docking barriers for the development. But the prospects for the development of tourism financial leasing is very broad, we should maintain a positive attitude and full of confidence in the development of the two industries.
