Research On The Development Dilemma Of Specialized Farmers’ Cooperatives

In recent years, witnessed the rapid development, the number of specialized farmers’ cooperatives that have been registered in related department has reached one-million. While the specialized farmers’ cooperatives development still in the primary stage, many problems will arose with it. Thus how to promote specialized farmers’ cooperatives become an important channel for Chinese Agriculture Industrialization and improving farmers’ income by directing and standardizing its healthy development, improving business benefit, enhancing market competitiveness is of great importance.This article analyze development dilemma of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, putting forward related countermeasures and suggestions by using the theory of collective action and autonomous organization governance. It helps to provide theoretical directions for healthy development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives, and to provide suggestions for government making supportive policy of specialized farmers’ cooperatives.This article will first discuss the forming background of specialized farmers’ cooperatives. The hundred-years history of specialized farmers’ cooperatives will be briefly introduced. The study of its basic feature and operating mode will and then promote the analysis of present development and composite pattern of Chinese New-style specialized farmers’ cooperatives. Based on general situation of Chinese agriculture development and current rural situation, analyze two cooperatives case in reverse by using the development situation of Jinjiang specialized farmers’ cooperatives as an example. By comparing constitution types, management scheme,operation pattern, the dilemma of specialized farmers’ cooperatives was found out that incomplete organizing system and operating system, low farmer participating enthusiasm, invalid supervising. Putting forward internal and external factors that restrict the development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives.According to the current development of specialized farmes’ cooperative and the problems arose by its development, to promote the healthy development of specialized farmers’ cooperatives should improve self-development, involving related social group and government.
