Study On The Development Of Farmers′ Specialized Cooperatives In Daqing Area In The Context Of New Rural Construction

The new rural construction is an important strategic measure of our country, the farmers’ specialized cooperatives play an important role in new rural construction, and they are important carrier and key forces of the new rural construction. Developing farmers’ specialized co-operatives in the context of new rural construction is very important to promote farmers’ income, accelerate the development of agriculture and strengthen the rural construction.Daqing area is an important production base of commodity grain and other products in heilongjiang province. In recent years, the development of farmers’ specialized cooperatives has made significant achievements in Daqing area, but there are still many problems and restricting factors. Exploration to solve the problems and restricting factors in the context of new rural construction is of great significance to accelerate the development of the farmers’ specialized cooperatives, to promote the new rural construction, and to form a benign interaction of the new rural construction and farmers’ specialized cooperatives.Firstly, this paper defines the concept of the farmers’ specialized cooperatives and new rural construction. Then it discusses the relationship between new rural construction and the development of the farmers’ specialized cooperatives. Then this paper expounds the relevant basic theories to provide theoretical support for the subsequent study. This paper analyzes the current development situation of farmers’ specialized cooperatives in daqing region in the context of new rural construction, points out the advantages, problems and restricting factors in the development of farmers’ specialized cooperatives. This paper summarizes the development experience of farmers’ specialized cooperatives at home and broad, and gets important revelation. On the basis of local reality and experience for reference, this paper puts forward the development strategy and a series of countermeasures and suggestions of farmers’ specialized cooperatives in the context of new rural construction in Daqing area to provide the reference for decision-making of relevant departments.
